“Message From AfriKa” comes just three months after Don Dada’s visit to Kingston, Jamaica where he made history as the first African artist to perform on the prestigious Bob Marley 74th Birthday Concert during reggae February 2019.
Named after the reggae legend, Robert Nesta Marley, Don Dada has already won the hearts of many people with his multi-platinum hit “Viva Mandela,” and his recently released Jah Is Good, which was received well by his fans.
According to the song, “Message From AfriKa” tells us that life is a series of ups and downs, happiness and pain but it is your mentality and growth that navigates you through the hard times reminding us to rise after every fall to appreciate the love and well found in us all.
“An uplifting and positive tune of ever-lasting positive energy as the message shared in the song is applauded by a sweet melody which producer, Leroy Scarlett (Reggae Powerhouse Band), orchestrated with live instruments by the legendary Grammy-winning dynamic duo, Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare of the Taxi Gang.
